I do not believe in processes that look impressive but make everyday work harder. The best systems are the ones people can actually use. They make decisions clearer, communication easier, and growth more sustainable.
I am drawn to businesses that are growing quickly, becoming more layered, or struggling to keep pace with their own complexity.
I began my career in product support within a technology environment, working closely with product managers and engineers on a large operational platform. That experience exposed me to the mechanics of systems at scale and sharpened my interest in the processes, workflows, and decisions that sit behind the visible side of a business.
Since then, I have worked across a wide range of environments, from technology platforms to creative and experiential spaces, across different industries and global markets.
My approach is grounded in simplification. I assess systems by breaking them down to their foundations, identifying redundancies, replacing tools that create more work than they solve, and introducing ways of working that are easier to follow and more sustainable over time.
That is also why I am increasingly interested in the thoughtful use of AI, automation, and digital tools. Not because every business needs more technology, but because the right technology, used intentionally, can reduce friction, improve visibility, and make work feel lighter. Increasingly, I see my work evolving at the intersection of operations, systems, and intelligent tools.
Curiosity remains central to how I work. Each project is an opportunity to understand a new environment, uncover what sits beneath the surface, and turn complexity into something clear, functional, and quietly effective.
